Firefighters put out forklift truck fire
FIREFIGHTERS were called to put out a forklift truck fire.
The truck, which caught fire shortly after midnight, was in a field off Shepherds Road, Layer Marney.
Two crews - one from Colchester and one from Tiptree - rushed to put out the fire within 40 minutes.
