Craig Eastmond has vowed to return a stronger player after having his Colchester United loan spell cut short by injury.
The young midfielder has returned to Arsenal, after suffering a foot injury which could keep him out for two months.
Eastmond fractured his fifth metatarsal in training and has played his last game for the U’s.
His loan spell was due to finish at the end of the month but he has now gone back to the Emirates for treatment.
However, he is already looking forward to returning to action and is determined to overcome the setback.
Eastmond said: “It’s part of football but I’ll come back from it even stronger."
