Magnus Okuonghae will miss only his second Colchester United league game of the season tomorrow.
The powerful defender is suspended for the U's trip to play Bournemouth, as is midfielder Marcus Bean.
Both players have picked up five bookings and will serve a one-match suspension, while Gavin Massey is still banned.
Colchester will check on the fitness of at least two of their players who have been suffering from illness this week.
U’s boss Joe Dunne declined to name the duo but admitted they are key players in his side.
Young midfielder Alex Gilbey, who made his league debut for Colchester against Oldham Athletic last weekend, is doubtful with an ankle injury.
Defender Matt Heath (calf) is still not ready to return but skipper Kem Izzet has been added to the U’s squad for the trip to the south coast.
U’s boss Joe Dunne said: “We’ve lost two key players to the team (Sanchez Watt and Craig Eastmond) and we’ve got three players suspended.
“That’s disappointing and we’ve also got one or two other players who are feeling a little under the weather.
“It never rains bit it pours but you have to stay positive.
“I’m a great believer in everything having a silver lining.
“I think someone said suffering breeds character - I was told that in the week!”
