Colchester United boss Joe Dunne believes versatile youngster Tosin Olufemi is a shining example to the club's other promising up-and-coming players.
The 19-year-old has started the U's last four league and cup matches and has played in both defence and attack for Dunne's side.
Olufemi switched from right-back to left-back in Colchester's 2-0 defeat against Coventry City on Sunday, following Ryan Dickson's early withdrawal from the game.
U's boss Dunne believes Olufemi's attitude and performances are a credit to the teenager.
Dunne said: “One good thing we know we have is the determination of Tosin Olufemi.
“He’s learning quickly and his attitude and drive epitomises what the young lads have here.
“He’s a great example for all of the younger players coming through.
“He’s played at right-back, left-back, right-wing, centre-forward - I think the only position he hasn’t played in for us is goalkeeper!"
