Colchester United missed out on a chance to play in this season's Essex Senior Cup Final after losing 1-0 at Skrill South side Concord Rangers.
But there was good news for the U's, after Drey Wright played a further hour to continue his comeback from a knee injury.
Alex Gilbey also returned to the fray following his recent hamstring injury but they were unable to prevent the Beachboys from progressing to the final, where they will play Braintree Town.
A fine strike from Gary Ogilvie ten minutes into the second half was enough to win the game for the hosts against a young U's side featuring the likes of Tosin Olufemi and Jordan Sanderson.
