Macauley Bonne scored a late winner as Colchester United under-21s came from behind to win 2-1 at Crystal Palace.
Bonne converted from Femi Akinwande's pass to secure the U's victory at Selhurst Park, in their latest Professional Development League Two match.
Colchester fell behind against a Palace side featuring the likes of Julian Speroni and Marouane Chamakh when Victor Fundi fired in on the half hour.
But the U's equalised with 15 minutes remaining when Louis Dunne cut in from the right and fired into the top corner past Speroni.
And a minute later, Bonne netted to give John McGreal's side an impressive away win.
COLCHESTER UNITED U21: Barnes, Vincent-Young, James, Olufemi, O'Donoghue, Sembie-Ferris, Lapslie, Wright, Dunne, Akinwande, Bonne. Substitutes: Curtis, Harrison, Foue, Brampton, Boness.
