Former Colchester United midfielder Kem Izzet has left his position as manager of Thurlow Nunn League outfit Stanway Rovers.
Izzet, who was appointed as Rovers’ new boss in May, 2017, has stepped down after little more than 12 months in charge.
He led the Hawthorns club to a eighth-place finish in his first season in charge, alongside fellow U’s legend, Karl Duguid.
Izzet tweeted: ‘Unfortunately, it is with regret, that as of today, I have parted ways with Stanway Rovers FC. I would like to wish the club the very best for the future and would like to thank all the players and staff for their support over the last season.’
