Colchester United striker Jabo Ibehre has signed for Oldham Athletic on a 93-day emergency loan.
Ibehre, who has not featured for the U's since their 3-1 home defeat against Peterborough United at the end of August because of a knee injury.
The 31-year-old could make his Oldham debut when they host Walsall at Boundary Park, on Saturday.
Ibehre has played 76 times for Colchester since joining them from MK Dons in September 2012, initially on loan and has scored 17 goals for the club.
