Wayne Brown has taken over as Colchester United's new under-21 boss.
Brown, who has been in charge of the U's under-18 side this season, will manage the club's Professional Development League Two side alongside former Ipswich Town and Manchester City midfielder Kevin Horlock.
Horlock will assist Brown as part of his role as manager of Ryman North side Maldon and Tiptree.
David Wright, who was Kevin Keen's assistant in Colchester's first-team set-up this season, will lead the club's under-18 side alongside Liam Bailey, who was previously his number two at Maldon.
The changes have been made after former under-21 coaching team John McGreal and Steve Ball moved up to take charge of first-team duties at the Weston Homes Community Stadium.
