Dion Sembie-Ferris is now on the lookout for a new club after parting company with Colchester United.
The 21-year-old, who arrived as a U's academy player at the age of 17 from non-league outfit St Neots Town, has had his contract terminated by mutual consent.
Sembie-Ferris made his debut as a substitute in Colchester's FA Cup defeat at Cardiff City in January, 2015.
He went onto make three league starts for the U's but his last was in their Checkatrade Trophy defeat against Southampton under-21s, last October when he was on target in a 2-1 defeat.
Sembie-Ferris spent the second half of last season on loan at non-league outfit Concord Rangers and is now looking for pastures new, after leaving the U's.
