Staying put - Jamie Harney has joined Colchester United on a permanent basis from West Ham United, following his loan move.
Colchester United have completed the permanent signing of defender Jamie Harney from Premier League side West Ham United.
The centre-back, who initially joined the U's on loan last November, has now signed a deal with the club that will keep him at the Weston Homes Community Stadium until the summer of 2016.
Harney, who is a Northern Ireland under-21 international, has so far made one senior appearance for the U's after coming on as a substitute in their defeat at MK Dons, last November.
