BAINES James 'Jim' Dee and family would like to thank everyone who came to Jim's funeral and for all the cards, letters, love and support they have received. Our thanks to all the medical professionals who cared for Jim for so many years. Also our deepest gratitude to all those involved with The End of Life Team who nursed Jim at home. Thank you to the Reverend Peter Evans for the beautiful service. Our heartfelt thanks to John J Smith, Hayley and Family for caring for Jim and all our family so lovingly.
