A Bus Stop Clearway (No Stopping 8am - 6pm daily) will be introduced on the West side of North Hill in the Borough of Colchester from a point 47 metres south of its junction with Green's Yard south
for a distance of 25 metres.
The Essex County Council (Colchester Borough) (Waiting Restriction) (Consolidation) Order 2008 (referred to above as '2008 Order') is hereby varied to the extent detailed above.
18. To introduce a prohibition of motor vehicles on the following lengths of roads in the Borough of Colchester:

'The Essex County Council (Various Roads, Dutch Quarter, Colchester) (Prohibition of Driving, Length Restriction and One-Way) Order 2006' is hereby revoked. The length restriction contained within this order shall remain in force by virtue of the new order.
The one way restriction on West Stockwell Street as detailed in 'The Colchester Borough (East and West Stockwell Streets, Maidenburgh Street and Northgate Street) (One-Way, etc,) Order 1978 is hereby revoked.
The prohibition of through traffic on East Stockwell Street and Maidenburgh as detailed in 'The Colchester Borough (East Stockwell Street, Stockwell and Maidenburgh Street) (Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order 1978 is hereby revoked. All other restrictions contained in the aforementioned order will remain in force.
19.To introduce a Bus Lane 10am - 6pm on the following length of Head Street in the Borough of Colchester as specified:

Construction of an agricultural reservoir, by the extraction and removal from the site of sand, gravel and surplus soils, together with the construction of an internal haul road, ancillary buildings and the widening of the existing access on Hall Road (B1029) at Land adjacent to Manning Grove, Carringtons Road, Great Bromley, Essex - ESS/56/11/TEN
Notice is hereby given that Essex County Council has refused the above planning application.
The Environmental Information accompanying the application has been taken into account, in reaching this decision.
Copies of the following are available for public inspection at Tendring District Council, Council Offices, Thorpe Road, Weeley, Clacton-on-Sea, C016 9AJ from 8 March 2012 until 29 March 2012.

Notice of Confirmation of an Order Town & Country Planning Act 1990 - Section 257 Essex County Council District Of Tendring Footpath 19 (Part) Ardleigh Public Path Diversion Order 2011
The above Order was confirmed on 27th February, 2012 The effect of the Order will be divert a part length of public Footpath 19 in the Parish of Ardleigh in the District of Tendring, from its current route south of Wick Lane to allow for the continued workings of the quarry. An alternative route will run around the area of these workings as shown on the Order map contained in this Order.
A copy of the Order and Order Map have been placed in and may be seen free of charge at Tendring District Council Offices and at the Chelmsford Public Library, Market Road, Chelmsford during normal working hours. Copies of the Order and Order map are available on request from the Chelmsford Library at a charge.
The new path comes into force on the date on which Essex County Council certify that the terms of the Order have been complied with but if a person aggrieved by the order wants to question its validity, or that of any provision contained in it, on the ground that it is not within the powers of the Town & Country Planning Act 1990 or on the ground that any requirement of the Act or of any regulation made under the Act has not been complied with in relation to the confirmation of the Order, he or she may, under paragraph 7 of Schedule 14 of the Act, within 6 weeks from 8th March, 2012, make an application to the High Court.
