LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE

Notice is hereby given that Cosways Holiday Park Ltd, has applied in respect of Cosways Holiday Park, Fen Lane, East Mersea, Essex, for a variation to the existing premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003, to allow for additional licensable activities and an extension of the existing hours as follows: films,indoor sporting events, live music, recording music, performances of dance and anything similar, provision of making music, dancing and entertainment of a similar description and the sale of alcohol for 9am to 1am Monday to Sunday.

Representations to this application must be made in writing by 20 March 2012 to Colchester Borough Council Licensing Authority at Angel Court, High Street, Colchester, where the register of licensing applications can be inspected between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application and there is a maximum fine of £5,000 for which a person is liable on summary conviction of the offence.
