Notice is hereby given that Mr J. A. Norman of 27 West Street, Coggeshall, CO6 1NS has applied in respect of No 21 Deli & Cafe, 21 Trinity Street, Colchester, Essex. CO1 1JN for a New Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to allow for: Food and Alcohol, Mon - Thurs 11.00 - 19.00 hrs, Fri & Sat 11.00 - 20.00 hrs. Sunday 11.00 - 18.00 hrs
Representations to this application must be made in writing by 15th March 2012 , to the Colchester Borough Council Licensing Authority at Licensing Team PO BOX 889, Town Hall Colchester, CO1 1FL where the register of Licensing applications can be inspected between 09.00 and 17.00 Monday to Friday.
It is an offence on summary conviction, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which is, £5000.
