Proposed variation:Extend opening hours for the supply of alcohol to club members and bona fide guests. Proposed as Monday to Sunday 12:00-23:00 (on-sales only).
An “interested party” or Responsible Authority may make representations to the Licensing Authority in writing by 30 March 2012.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is £5000.
