Application to Vary Premises Licence

Liquid/Envy, 131 High Street, Colchester, CO1 1SP

Deltic Group Ltd has applied to Colchester Borough Council to vary the Premises Licence for the above premises.
The proposed variation to the licensable activities carried out on the premises are as follows:
to change the name of the premises and attach new plans to the premises licence reflecting internal changes following a full refurbishment.

 Interested parties or responsible authorities can make representations in writing to The Licensing Team, PO Box 889, Rowan House, 33 Sheepen Road, Colchester CO3 3WG, or via email to: eps.support@colchester.gov.uk any time up to Friday 6 May 2016.

 It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application. The fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
