S.27 Trustee Act 1925 Notice Re: Lilian Violet Roberts Deceased

PURSUANT to the Trustee Act 1925

 NOTICE is given that all creditors and others having any claims against or claiming to be beneficially interested in the estate of Lilian Violet Roberts late of 1 Cliff View Court Holland on Sea Clacton Essex CO15 5HL who died on the 1st May 2012 and whose Will was proved in the Principal Registry of the Family Division at First Avenue House 42 – 49 High Holborn London WC1V 6NP on the 25th day of October 2012 by the Executors being Patricia Ann Gudenian and Michael William Roberts, are required to send particulars in writing to the undersigned solicitors on or before the 15th day of February 2013 after which date the said executors will proceed to distribute the assets of the deceased among the persons entitled to them having regard only to claims of which they then have had notice and shall not be liable for the assets of the deceased or any part of them so distributed to any person or persons of whose claims or demands they then have not had notice.
