 We, DARKER ENTERPRISES LIMITED of UNIT 11B TRADE CITY, ASHTON ROAD, HAROLD HILL, ESSEX, RM3 8UJ hereby give notice that we applied to Colchester Borough Council under the provisions of the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1982 for a licence to use the premises referred to above as a sex shop.

Any person wishing to make representations about the application should make them in writing to the Licensing Department, Environmental & Protective Services, Colchester Borough Council, 33 Sheepen Road, Colchester, CO3 3WG within 28 days of the date of this notice.
