Pursuant to Section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925
All persons having claims against the estate of Eileen Ruby Dines late of 21 Ramplings Avenue, Clacton-on-Sea , Essex, retired shop worker, who died on the 6th August 2012, and to whose estate letters of administration were granted to Paul Dines by the Ipswich district Probate Registry on 31st October 2012 are hereby required to send particulars thereof to the undersigned on or before the 20th day of March 2013 after which date the administratrix will distribute the estate, having regard only to the claims of which he shall then have notice.
