Variation to Premises Licence

Notice is hereby given that Millenium Excelsior Care Limited has applied in respect of the Star Anglia Hotel, Anglia House, 75 North Station Road, Colchester, Essex CO1 1SB for variation to the Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to allow for: To add the conference facilities Rooms and Bar to the existing licence. Also to add Plays, live music, recorded music, performance of dance and any similar. Monday to Sunday 10.00 am to 2.00am. Late night refreshment Monday to Sunday 23.00 pm to 2.00 am Sale of Alcohol and opening hours to remain the same. Representations to this application must be made in writing by 28/02/2013 to the Colchester Borough Council Licensing Authority at PO BOX 889, Town Hall Colchester, CO1 1FL where the register of Licensing applications can be inspected between 09.00 and 17.00 Monday to Friday. It is an offence on summary conviction, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which is, £5000.
