NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A LICENCE.

Address of premises. 28 Orwell Road, Clacton on Sea.

 I, Amanda Allen of 28 Orwell Road, Clacton on Sea, Hereby give notice that I have applied to Tendring District Council under the provisions of the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1982 for a licence to use the premises referred to above as a sex shop/sex cinema/sex encounter establishment.

Any persons wishing to make representations about the application should make them in writing to the Head of Legal Services and Monitoring Officer, Westleigh House, Carnarvon Road, Clacton on Sea, Essex. CO15 6QF within 21 days of this notice.
