Notice is hereby given that Shiyamali Thirulogasanthar has applied in respect of The Beer Tent, 81 Barrack Street, Colchester, Essex, CO1 2LW for a Premises Licence Variation under the Licensing Act 2003 to allow for an extension for the sale by retail of alcohol between Monday to Sunday from 06:00 to 03:00.

Representations to this application must be made in writing, by 9th May 2013 to the Licensing Manager, Colchester Borough Council, Licensing Authority, Rowan House, 33 Sheepen Road, Colchester, CO3 3WG.

The register of licensing applications can be inspected between 09:00 and 17:00 Monday to Friday at the offices of Colchester Borough Council at Angel Court, High Street, Colchester.

It is an offence on summary conviction, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which is, £5000.
