Notice of a Premises Licence Variation

Notice is hereby given that Mr Cenk Daldeniz has applied for St. Botolphs Street Londis, 34-35, St Botolphs Street, Colchester CO2 7EA, for the premises licence variation under the licencing act 2003, to allow for the one hour extension in premises opening hours at night i.e. from 7:00am to 23:00pm for the sale of alcohol by retail.

 Representations to this application must be made in writing, by 19th June 2013 to the Licencing Manager, Colchester Borough Council, Licencing Authority, Rowan House, 33 Sheepen Road, Colchester, CO3 3WG.

The register of licencing applications can be inspected between 09:00 and 17:00 Monday to Friday at the offices of Colchester Borough Council at Angel Court, High Street, Colchester.

 It is an offence on summary conviction, to acknowledge or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which is, £5000
