Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that Hughes's Fish Company Ltd. has applied in respect of 51 Head Street, Colchester, Essex CO1 1NH, for a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to allow for: Sale of alcohol Monday to Saturday 0800 to 1800, Opening Hours Monday to Saturday 0800 to 1800.

Representations to this application must be made in writing, by 15/06/13, to the Colchester Borough Council Licensing Authority at PO Box 889, Town Hall, Colchester, CO1 1FL where the register of Licensing applications can be inspected between 09.00 and 17.00 Monday to Friday.

It is an offence on summary conviction, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which is, £5000.
