The register of licensing applications can be inspected between 09.00 and 17.00 Monday to Friday at the offices of Colchester Borough Council at Angel Court, High Street, Colchester.
It is an offence on summary conviction, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which is £5000.
