Notice under para. 22 (3)

An application for the Construction of an Agricultural Reservoir, by extraction and removal from the site of sand, gravel and surplus soils, together with the construction of an internal road, ancillary buildings and the widening of the existing access on Hall Road, (B1029) at land adjacent to Manning Grove, Carringtons Road, Great Bromley, Essex. together with an Environmental Statement was submitted to: Essex County Council, Minerals and Waste Planning, County Hall, Chelmsford, Essex. CM1 1QH By T. W. Salmon & Co; T & R Fairley Farms, Tabor Farms Ltd, on 14 November 2011, and is subject of an Appeal to the Secretary of State. The Secretary of State has requested Further Information for the purposes of a hearing to be held in accordance with The Town and Country Planning (Appeals) (Hearing Procedure) (England) Rules 2000 Copies of this Further Information and the Application and Environmental Statement may be inspected at the offices of: Tendring District Council, Planning Office, Council Offices, Thorpe Road, Weeley, Clacton on Sea, CO16 9AJ and at Essex County Council, Minerals and Waste Planning, County Hall, Chelmsford, Essex. CM1 1QH between 09.00 - 16.00 Monday to Friday until 26 July 2013.
