Notice is hereby given that Ian Pat Limited has applied in respect of Amigos Restaurant, 14/ 15 North Hill, Colchester, Essex, CO1 1DZ for a New Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to allow for the sale of alchohol between the hours of 12.00 - 24.00
Representations to this application must be made in writing by 24th July 2013, to the Colchester Borough Council Licensing Authority at Licensing Team PO BOX 889, Rowan House, 33 Sheepen Road, Colchester, CO3 3WG.
The register of Licensing applications can be inspected between 09.00 and 17.00 Monday to Friday at the offices of Colchester Borough Council at Angel Court, HIgh Street, Colchester.
It is an offence on summary conviction, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which is, £5000.
