Notice Of a variation of a Premises Licence

Notice is hereby given that Ishtiak Dudu has applied in respect of Indian Ocean, 26 North Hill, Colchester, Essex. for a variation of the Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to allow for :To continue the existing Licence with variation during the permitted hours to permit the delivery of intoxicating liquor with (and only with food) 1: To premises other than the Licensed Premises and 2: To customer collecting meals from the Licensed Premises for consumption off the Licensed Premises, but in fulfilment of orders from customers received at the Licensed Premises or by telephone

Representations to this application must be made in writing by 19th august 2013, to the Colchester Borough Council Licensing Authority at Licensing Team PO BOX 889, Town Hall Colchester, CO1 1FL where the register of Licensing applications can be inspected between 09.00 and 17.00 Monday to Friday.

It is an offence on summary conviction, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which is, £5000.
