Notice is hereby given that Commingle ltd has applied in respect of the Red Lion Hotel (Coffee shop) for variation to the Premises License under the Licensing Act 2003 to allow for the removal of conditions shown in Annex 3 as well as provision for late night refreshments from 11pm-12am Monday to Sunday & the playing of recorded music from 7am-12am Monday to Sunday.

Representations to this application must be made in writing, by 19th August 2013, to Colchester Borough Council Licensing Authority at PO Box 889, Town Hall, Colchester, CO1 1FL where the register of Licensing applications can be inspected btween 09:00 & 17:00 Monday to Friday.

It is an offence on Summary conviction, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which is, £5000.
