Notice is hereby given that Raymond Flouty has applied in respect of Olives, 39 St Johns Street, Colchester, for a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to allow for recorded music 11.30-00.00, sale of Alcohol 11.30-23.30, late night refreshment: 23.00-00.00 Monday - Sunday.

Representations to this application must be made in writing, by 29th August 2013 to the Colchester Borough Council Licensing Authority at PO Box 889, Rowan House, 33 Sheepen Road, Colchester, Essex, CO3 3WG where the register of Licensing applications can be inspected between 09.00 and 17.00 Monday to Friday.
