Notice is hereby given that Piers Baker has applied in respect of 3 Church Street, Colchester, Essex, CO1 1NF, for a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to allow for

Films: 10.00-00.00 Monday-Saturday and 10.00 to 23.00 Sunday;

Supply of alcohol: 11.00-00.00 Monday to Saturday and 11.00-23.00 Sunday;

Provision of late night refreshments: 23.00-00.00 Monday to Saturday.

Representations to this application must be made in writing, by 5th September 2013 to the Colchester Borough Council Licensing Authority at PO Box 889, Rowan House, 33 Sheepen Road, Colchester, Essex, CO3 3WG where the register of Licensing applications can be inspected between 09.00 and 17.00 Monday to Friday.

 It is an offence on summary conviction, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which is, £5000. Ellisons.
