Application for variation of a Premises Licence

TAKE NOTICE that Osman Rasih has applied to Colchester Borough Council as the Licensing Authority for the Colchester District for the variation of a premises licence in respect of The Silk Road, 4 St Botolphs Street, Colchester, Essex CO2 7DX to include 5 St Botolphs Street, Colchester, Essex CO2 7DX within the premises licence, to permit physical alterations to the premises and to remove certain conditions from the premises licence.

Any person wishing to lodge a representation concerning this application may send this in writing to Colchester Borough Council Licensing Team, PO Box 889 Rowan House, 33 Sheepen Road, Colchester, Essex CO3 3WG where the public register is available which may be viewed during normal office hours.

Any such representation must be received by the Licensing Authority no later than 10th September 2013

Please note that it is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is up to level 5 on the standard scale (£5,000).
