Notice is hereby given that Bofei Du has applied to Colchester Borough Council for a premises licence to use the premises at iChina, 96 High Street, Colchester, CO1 1TH for the sale by retail of alcohol.

Proposed licensable/opening hours Monday to Sunday 09:00 to 20:00.

If you wish to make any representations in connection with this application, you must write to: Licensing, Colchester Borough Council, Rowan House, 33 Sheepen Road, Colchester, Essex, CO3 3WG on or before 09-09-2013.

 The Council’s Licensing Register where a record of this application may be inspected is kept at the above address or viewed at http://www.colchester.gov.uk .

It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application.

 The maximum fine on summary conviction is £5000.00.
