Pursuant to the Trustee Act 1925 any persons having a claim or interest in the estate of the above mentioned deceased, late of 124, Harwich Road, Mistley, Manningtree, Essex. CO11 2DG, who died on 16th December 2012, are required to send particulars in writing to the address below on or before 11th November 2013, after which date the estate will be distributed having regard only to the claims and interest of which they have had notice.
