Notice for new Premises license

Notice is hereby given that Shahabuddin Syed has applied in respect of 1st floor 25 Head Street, Colchester, CO1 1NH, for a new Premises License under the Licensing Act 2003 to allow for: sell alcohol from 11 am to 11.30 pm.

Representation to this application must be made in writing by 11/10/2013 to the Colchester Borough council Licensing Authority at PO Box 889, Town Hall, Colchester, CO1 1FL where the register of licensing applications can be inspected between 09.00and 17.00 Monday to Friday,

It is an offence on summery conviction, to knowingly or recklessly making a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which is, £5000
