Notice for a variation to Premises Licence

Notice is hereby given that Helen Kissonerghis has applied in respect of Love Coffee Aroma 142 High Street Colchester, Essex.for a variation to the Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to allow for: Sale of alcohol Mon - Sun 10.00am - 23.00pm

Representations to this application must be made in writing by 31/10/2013, to the Colchester Borough Council Licensing Authority at Licensing Team PO BOX 889, Town Hall Colchester, CO1 1FL where the register of Licensing applications can be inspected between 09.00 and 17.00 Monday to Friday.

It is an offence on summary conviction, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which is, £5000.
