Notice Of Application For a New Premises Licence

Notice is hereby given that The Coffee House 211 Ltd has applied in respect of 211 Old Heath Road, Colchester for a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to allow for :sale of Alcohol Mon - Sun 08.00 to 17.00 Opening hours Mon - Sun 07.00 to 18.00

Representations to this application must be made in writing by 19th November 2013, to the Colchester Borough Council Licensing Authority at Licensing Team PO BOX 889, Town Hall Colchester, CO1 1FL where the register of Licensing applications can be inspected between 09.00 and 17.00 Monday to Friday.

It is an offence on summary conviction, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which is, £5000.
