Notice is hereby given that the Three Clubs Bowling Club has applied in respect of the Bowls Pavilion, Old Heath Road, Colchester, Essex, CO1 2EP for a Club Premises Variation under the Licencing Act 2003 to allow for:
Sale of alcohol Monday to Sunday 11.00 to 23.30
Opening hours Monday to Sunday 11.00 to 24.00
Representation to this application must be made in writing by 5th December 2013 to the Licencing Manager, Colchester Borough Council, Licencing Authority, PO Box 889, Rowan House, 33 Sheepen Road, Colchester, CO3 3WG.
The register of licencing applications can be inspected between 9.00 and 17.00 Monday to Friday at the offices of Colchester Borough Council at Angel Court, High St, Colchester.
It is an offence on summary conviction, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connexion with this application, the maximum fine for which is, £5000.
