LICENSING ACT 2003

Notice is hereby given that HUDSON AND HUDSON LTD has applied in respect of HUDSON AND HUDSON, 11a NORTH HILL, COLCHESTER CO1 1DZ, for a premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to allow for the sale of alcohol by retail for consumption on and off the premises, Mondays to Sundays between 07.30hrs and 23.00hrs (on sales will only take place between 10.00hrs and 23.00hrs).

Representations to this application must be made in writing by 10th December 2013, to the Licensing and Enforcement Manager, Colchester Borough Council, Licensing Authority, Colchester Borough Council, PO Box 889, Rowan House, 33 Sheepen Road, Colchester, Essex CO3 3WG.

The register of licensing applications can be inspected between 09.00 and 17.00 Monday to Friday at the offices of Colchester Borough Council at Angel Court, High Street, Colchester.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction being £5,000.
