Licensing Act 2003 Notice of Application for variation of a Premises Licence

Gala Leisure Limited has given to Colchester Borough Council an application for Variation of the Premises Licence in respect of Gala Club, 48 Osborne Street, Colchester, CO2 7DP.

A brief description of the proposed variation is: to vary the hours for sale of alcohol and regulated entertainment on Monday to Sunday from 1000 hours until 0200 hours (the following morning). To vary the hours for late night refreshment on Monday to Sunday from 2300 hours until 0200 hours (the following morning).

The Licensing Register of Colchester Borough Council is kept at PO Box 889, 33 Sheepen Road, Colchester, Essex, CO3 3WG and where applicable at http://www.colchester.gov.uk. The record of the application may be inspected during normal office hours at the Council's above address and where applicable, at any time on the above website.

Representations which shall be made in writing may be made by a responsible authority or any other person to Colchester Borough Council to be received at their above address by no later than 3 January 2014.

 It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application; the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction being £5,000.
