Notice to vary a premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003


Notice is hereby given that Mr Fatih Cakmak has applied in respect of the MERSEA ISLAND TRADING POST, 46 HIGH STREET, WEST MERSEA, COLCHESTER, CO5 8QA, for a Variation of a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to allow for: EXTENDING THE LICENSING HOURS ON PREMISES LICENCE WITH SALE OF ALCOHOL OFF THE PREMISES FROM MONDAY TO SUNDAY 05:30 AM TO 23:00 PM.

Representations to this application must be made in writing, by 16/01/2014, to the Colchester Borough Council Licensing Authority at Licensing Team PO BOX 889, Town Hall Colchester, CO1 1FL where the register of Licensing applications can be inspected between 09.00 and 17.00 Monday to Friday.

It is an offence on summary conviction, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which is£5000.
