Pursuant to the Ttrustee Act 1925 any persons having a claim or interest in the estate of the above mentioned deceased, late of 24 Sutton Park Avenue, Colchester Essex CO3 4SX, who died on November 1st 2013, are required to send particulars in writing to the address below on or before 20th February 2014, after which date the estate will be distributed having only to the claims and interest of which they have had notice.
