Notice for a Variation of a Premises Licence

Notice is hereby given that the East of England Co-operative Society Limited has applied in respect of the East of England Co-operative Society Limited, Co-op Foodstore, 90 Wimpole Road, Colchester, CO1 2BX, for a Variation of a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to:Vary the Licence for the sale of Alcohol and for the Premises to be open as follows: Mondays to Sundays (Inclusive) – 07:00 to 23:00

Representations to this application must be made in writing, by Wednesday, 7th February 2014 to the Colchester Borough Council Licensing Section at PO Box 889, Town Hall, Colchester, CO1 1FL.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is £5,000.
