Notice is hereby given that Nicholas and Sheila Charrington as Directors of Tymperleys Ltd. have applied in respect of Tymperleys, Trinity Street, Colchester, Essex, CO1 1JN, for a New Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to allow for: Sale of alcohol Monday to Sunday 10:00AM to Midnight; Late Night Refreshment Monday to Sunday 23:00PM to Midnight; Regulated entertainment Monday to Sunday 09:00AM to 22:00PM; Live and Recorded Music Monday to Sunday 09:00AM to Midnight; Opening hours Monday to Sunday 09:00 to Midnight. Representations to this application must be made in writing, by 12/03/2014 to the Colchester Borough Council Licensing Authority at Licensing Team PO BOX 889, Town Hall Colchester, CO1 1FL where the register of Licensing applications can be inspected between 09.00 and 17.00 Monday to Friday. It is an offence on summary conviction, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which is, £5000.
