COLCHESTER MILITARY TOURNAMENT 5th and 6th JULY 2014

Notice is hereby given that The Colchester Garrison & North Essex Committee of ABF The Soldiers’ Charity has applied in respect of Abbey Field & Military Sports Stadium for a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to allow for: Sale of alcohol and Regulated Entertainment on Saturday the 5th and Sunday the 6th of July 2014 between 10.00am and 23.00pm for the Colchester Military Tournament

Representations to this application must be made in writing, by 21/4/2014, to the Colchester Borough Council Licensing Authority at PO Box 889, Town Hall, Colchester, CO1 1FL where the register of Licensing applications can be inspected between 09.00 and 17.00 Monday to Friday.

It is an offence on summary conviction, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which is, £5000.
