LICENSING ACT 2003

Notice is hereby given that Nigel Warren Roy SMITHSON and Barry Brian UDALE have applied in respect of 23 BARRACK STREET, COLCHESTER for a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to allow for:

The sale and supply of alcohol and playing of recorded music between the hours of 11.00 and 23.00 Monday to Thursday and Sunday, and 11.00 and 24.00 Friday and Saturday.

Representations to this application must be made in writing, by 8 May 2014, to the Colchester Borough Council Licensing Authority at PO Box 889, Town Hall, Colchester, CO1 1FL where the register of Licensing applications can be inspected between 09.00 and 17.00 Monday to Friday.

It is an offence on summary conviction, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which is, £5000.
