Newspaper Advertisement for Notice of a Variation To Premises Licence

Notice is hereby given that Mr Kesavan Mohan has applied in respect of Spar, 121 High St, Colchester, for variation to the Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to allow for : Sale of alcohol Monday to Sunday 08.00 to midnight.

Representations to this application must be made in writing, by 22 May 2014, to the Colchester Borough Council Licensing Authority at PO BOX 889, Town Hall Colchester, Co1 1FL where the register of Licensing applications can be inspected between 09.00 and 17.00 Monday to Friday.

It is an offence on summary conviction, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which is £5000.
