Variation to Premises Licence

Notice is hereby given that Elysium Leisure Ltd has applied in respect of Hudson, 15 - 19 Head Street, Colchester, CO1 1NX, for variation to the Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to allow for:
The removal of the existing non-standard timings for films, provision of live and recorded music, facilities for dancing, late night refreshment, sale of alcohol, opening times and the provision for an extra hour for Christmas Eve, Boxing Day, New Year's Eve and for each day falling immediately before a bank holiday.
Removal of capacity restriction of 200.
Removal of condition to serve food until 30 minutes prior to closing down.

Representations to this application must be made in writing, by 13 June 2014, Colchester Borough Council Licensing Authority at PO BOX 889, Town Hall, Colchester, CO1 1FL where the register of Licensing applications can be inspected between 09:00 and 17:00 Monday to Friday.

Is is an offence on summary conviction , to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connections with this application, the maximum fine of this which is, £5000.
