Premises Licence

Notice is hereby given that Manickham Anbarasan has applied in respect of Roosters Grill Peri Peri, 156c High Street, Colchester, Essex CO1 1PG for a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to allow for:
Opening hours Sunday to Thurs 4pm to Midnight, Fri - Sat 4pm to 2 am.

Representations to this application must be made in writing by 18.06.2014, to the Colchester Borough Council Licensing Authority at PO Box 889, Town Hall, Colchester, CO1 1FL where the resister of Licensing applications can be inspected between 09.00 and 17.00 Monday to Friday.

 It is an offence on summary conviction, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which is £5000.
